Why are so many people claiming to be vegan while still consuming honey and advocating for others to eat honey? Do “vegans” genuinely think they are helping the bees or the planet by consuming honey? Native pollinators are wiped out by this thinking.

I recently learned that bees are routinely refrigerated to influence honey production, and-- this was the breaking point-- bees can definitely feel cold, and they do not like it. That's enough for me to add honey to the list of battles I'm willing to pick.

Despite all the haha. The tank completed its mission and survived. Like 2 or so weeks ago the first video of that tank was shown up. When he was driving towards Krasnohorivka he did fantastic job of agro all the drones. There was couple of vehicles behind it but all drones attacked that tank. It survived and managed to enter central part of Krasnohorivka

In black approximately part that this tank helped to capture. There is railroad in souther part of the city and Russian had problems crossing it for months and also couldn't reach eastern part of that city above the railroad. That city is also like the last og 2014 fortified location.

The city itself is close to the city of Donetsk, the capital of the Russian-backed Donetsk People's Republic since 2014. Controlled by Ukrainians, it became major stronghoud of Ukrainian army in that sector alongside Marinka and Avdiivka. Despite that, it wasn't intensively attacked by Russian ground forces since the invasion started.

So the guy who thought to turn his tank into that thing to penetrate the city defence is actually legend. So because of that dildo Ukraine will lost its last og Donetsk front fortifications.

I just put 10$ into lottery tickets and got 15$ back I see this as being a pretty profitable thing and I'm going to see how feasible it would be to do this full time.

Also the gas station wagie seemed incredibly annoyed that he had to give me the cash for my ticket.

The unemployment ran out. Sold stuff. Feels like I'm set back about five years.

I hate the new job btw, they want me to work like a W2 employee but classify me as a contractor (I put in 65 hours last week, only paid for 40). Obv no healthcare.

Still in tech, and I didn't save as much as I should have but I've only ever made decent money for a little over two years in my entire adult life. Prior to that I think I maybe cleared 50k. When I hit six figures I finally traveled and enjoyed things.

Looks like that was the peak of my existence and now I feel like an old frick. If I didn't have supportive people in my life I wouldn't still be in it.

There's no point to this post other than I finally felt like I was living the life I imagined I would have back when I was an early 20s grindset jockey, and for what? Two years of a good life?

I threw away a lot of youth and not peepeeing around or enjoying my 20s because I thought that's what I needed to do to make my 30s easy. It didn't matter.

You learned the a hard important rule of having money. Make sure you pay the house (your savings). Saving 20k on 200k salary is hilariously terrible.

You're not wrong, I think I was increasingly challenging myself on how much shit I could buy. The work was stressful and I thought I had hit the lottery.

Definitely didn't realize how good I had it until it was gone.
