Well sound like enough for epic spring counteroffensive after all Ukraine this time has some unique advantage they didn’t had during epic counteroffensive like being outnumbered by enemy soldiers and tech, enemy having better fortified positions than in Kharkiv, empty cities so if Ukraine enters those Russian will have no problems using dirty weapons also giving enemy enough time to produce more tanks than Ukraine got

It appears that people who are bald or starting to go bald have the biggest disadvantage in terms of finding work in Japan, as a recent survey found that a staggering 90% of experienced recruiters wouldn’t hire balding applicants.

A company specializing in thinning hair surveyed 341 adult men and women in their 20s to 60s to find out whether thinning hair influences the hiring process.

The recruiters were shown AI-generated images of male applicants with the same features with normal hair and thinning hair. About 90% of people in their teens to 30, 86.8% in their 40s, and 75% in their 50s tend to avoid applicants with thin hair.

When asked if appearances influence the value they see in prospective employees, 49% very much agreed, and 44.3% agreed, for a total of 93.3%.

When asked if appearances ever played a factor in hiring people of similar skill sets and experience, 85.9% admitted that it has, and 14.1% said no.

The third question was more straightforward and asked the recruiters how much it influenced them to hire applicants if they were balding. While only 1.8% said that it was a big influence, an additional 16.7% said that it didn’t influence their decision, for a total of 18.5% who admitted that the bald appearance would influence their hiring decision.

On the other hand, 31.1% said that it doesn’t influence them much, and 24.9% said that it doesn’t influence them at all. An indecisive 25.5% went with the copout answer of β€œneither.”

Lastly, a graph that shows how much more likely recruiters would hire an applicant with a normal set of hair compared to a balding applicant. It goes based on the age group of applicants, but it’s pretty apparent that most age groups would much rather hire an applicant with a full set of hair rather than a balding man.

Comments from the report also indicate that it’s likely much easier to land a job as a woman or LGBT than a balding man.

from the period of 2014-2019 WW attempted to throw White men under the bus back when WM were the sole target of mainstream media and social media at every waking moment. Even back then it was common to hear WM tell WW that "eventually they'll come for you, you're white as well"

This of course turned out to be true, in fact I'd say it's so true that White women are actually facing more criticism these days from woketards than white men who are now generally regarded as too radicalized to even bother preaching about :marseyxd::marseyxd:

These silly whores genuinely thought they could fly under the radar by claiming being a woman nullifies their whiteness :marseylaugh:

Have fun being Americas new punching bag you walking L's, you truly earned it.

New Indiana Jones Movie Sucks :marseypikachu2::marseyspit::marseypikachu2::marseywtf2:

"Kind of glad this is getting bad reviews honestly. After this and the sequel trilogy, George Lucas is completely vindicated."

Yeah that's stupid. 2023 Reddit is like Yahoo Comments. :marseysniff::marseybrap:

"Ok something for you to know. RT’s are fairly bullshit and should never been compared to other films at different times because times and interests change."

Stupid.

"These movies are just a waste. I’ll go out and see it, but the amount of talent involved could’ve gone and done their own original thing and it probably would’ve been great."

You probably wouldn't have seen it, so you're a stupid liar.

"It's still reviewing worse than Crystal Skull though"

Smart?! :marseyrick:
